Carmen Electra’s Hollywood Hills Home Is On The Market for $2.8 Million

The actress and model Carmen Electra selling her elegant home in the Hollywood Hills, for $2.79 million.

Electra picked up the property in 2016, paying $2.11 million. Judging by the look of the listing photos from five years ago, it doesn’t seem that she’s improved much except for the price tag.

She placed the home last month for $2.95 million but since then cut the price to the current, lower amount.

While it looks traditional from the outside, the interior of the 3,852-square-foot home is quite chic. Built in 1988, it highlights five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The custom kitchen highlights a quartz waterfall-edge island and leads to the family room and dining area, which houses the glassed-in space for showcasing her collection of shoes.

A dining area sits outside the wine/shoe display. The formal dining room is currently set up with a drum set, and also contains built-ins and multiple windows.

From the kitchen and living spaces, you can look out to the secluded backyard with a serene stone waterfall, and an upper veranda for spacious outdoor entertaining.

Other features include a main-floor office or guest quarters, a separate laundry room, and an attached, two-car garage.

Set on a steep lot in the Mount Olympus neighborhood, the spot is just minutes from the Sunset Strip and Hollywood Boulevard.
