Keith is a guitar, singing, and writing genius whose heartfelt tunes regularly top charts across the world. Most people know Keith Urban for his songs “Somebody Like You,” “Making Memories of Us,” and “You’ll Think of Me.”
In addition to being a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2012, his musical accomplishments include four Grammy Awards (in 2010, 2009, 2007, and 2005) and fifteen Academy of Country Music Awards.

Who Is Keith Urban?
Australian-American musician Keith Lionel Urban is a respected singer, songwriter, and guitarist who has made significant contributions to the genre of country music. He has won four Grammys, thirteen Country Music Association awards, and fifteen Academy of Country Music awards (including the Jim Reeves International Award).
In addition, Urban’s “For You,” the title tune from Act of Valor, was nominated for Best Original Song at both the 70th Golden Globes and the 18th Critics’ Choice Awards. Urban has recorded a total of eleven studio albums, one with the Ranch and ten under his name.

Keith Urban Accident
Keith Urban released a statement explaining that the Monday motorbike accident he was engaged in occurred as he was being followed by a photographer on his way to an A.A. meeting in Sydney. Through his U.S. spokesman, Paul Freundlich, he explained that “today’s event resulted from one person’s desire to do his job and my desire to maintain my privacy.”
Witnesses told an Australian newspaper that Urban, 39, was being chased by a photographer on another bicycle when the accident occurred near Nicole Kidman’s home in Darling Point. According to the publication, the incident chipped the surrounding gutter. Witnesses said the performer was physically unhurt but noticeably shaken up after the crash.
