On Saturday morning, October 29, Linn County Sheriff’s Office deputies discovered a gray Camry associated with a missing woman from Northern California on a dead-end USFS road about 30 miles east of Sweet Home.

On Monday, Oct. 17, Pitkin was last seen in Sutherlin. She had no ties to Linn County, according to family members who were contacted by deputies. Her whereabouts have not been discovered after extensive searches by members of the Linn County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue Team.

Pitkin is characterized as having hazel eyes, blond hair, and a 160-pound frame. She most likely carries two little dogs, a white/black/brown Jack Russell Terrier, and a smaller white dog, according to deputies.
