Manhattan’s Empire State Realty Extends Office Lease

Burlington Stores has signed an office lease extension at 1400 Broadway in New York’s Garment District. The retailer is apt to double its occupied area. That is at the 37th story of the high Empire State Building from 35,182 to 68,307 square feet.

“Empire State Realty Trust, acquired the 919,405-square-foot asset in 2014 for $310 million. Recently, the REIT closed on an $850 million. Because of, four-year unsecured revolving credit agreement to replace the company’s existing undrawn credit facility that was due to expire in late August. The new credit facility has an initial maturity of March 31, 2025, with two six-month extension options.”- says the sources. 

Total  18,000 square feet for retail including the office tower. The building has all the health measure facilities, safety security management, and upgraded air filtration in the spacious new lounge. in Essence, the building was built in the year 1930 and renovated in 2010, located at 1400 Broadway almost near Times Square and the Thomson Reuters building.
