Nathan Millard Cause of Death: Autopsy Results Reveal What Happened to Georgia Dad Millard!

Because he had ethanol, cocaine, and fentanyl in his system, his death was determined to result from an accidental overdose.

The body of Millard, 42, who was found wrapped in plastic, rolled up in a carpet, and discarded in an empty lot in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was autopsied, and the results were disclosed on Tuesday. There was no sign of either internal or exterior injuries.

According to WBRZ, the amount of ethanol in his bloodstream revealed that he had been drinking before passing away.

“Our thoughts and prayers are extended to Mr. Millard’s family and friends,” East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner Dr. William “Beau” Clark told Fox 5 Atlanta in a statement.

Last Monday, a search warrant showed that Millard allegedly died at a run-down drug home with two prostitutes named Tabbetha Barner and Tiffany Guidry.

Guidry was detained on Friday after being sought out on suspicion of prostitution, illegal disposal of human remains, and failing to seek help. Barner is still being sought by police on suspicion of prostitution and failing to seek help.

Millard went missing on February 23 and his body was found two weeks later. He had been to Baton Rouge to scout out a potential job for his construction company.

Derrick “Stanka” Perkins, a 45-year-old alleged heroin dealer, is accused of unlawfully disposing of Millard’s body in the lot next to Scenic Highway.

As previously reported by WBRZ, he claimed to have picked up Millard and two other drug seekers on February 23 and that they spent hours driving around in his car “getting high” on crack cocaine.

The suspect picked up the two women after Millard allegedly told him he wanted “white girls” and they reportedly started using drugs with the Georgia guy at a residence on Lorri Burgess Avenue.

He stated that after the gang failed to revive Millard with CPR and dumped the body, Barner attempted to administer Narcan, a medication used to counteract overdoses, to Millard.

On March 6, Millard’s wife, Amber, allegedly got a call claiming that he might have been given “bad drugs” as part of a purported Perkins scam to obtain payment for discovering the remains.

Their 7-year-old daughter Amber, two teenage boys from a previous marriage, and two adolescent stepsons are all left behind.
