Next Week WWE Smackdown Spoilers Reveal Butch Big Change: WWE SmackDown isn’t live today, since WWE is taping two episodes back to back, therefore they are on a delay.
While viewers at home wind down SmackDown for the night, people inside the building are watching the show get taped for next week.
That’s led to a few teasers hitting social media, and @reigns era uploaded an image from the episode that shows Butch in some very recognizable gear, and some are believing that this could imply he is leaving the Butch character and headed back to his Pete Dunne Bruiserweight persona.
The photograph below shows that he is no longer wearing the white tank top, suspenders, and trousers. Instead, he is dressed casually in what looks to be a black singlet, black boots, and has his hair down.

This resembles his NXT appearance before his transformation into Butch, so it’s not a huge surprise to see him make the transition to the main roster.
Many people are hoping to see the former version of Dunne on SmackDown, but it is unclear whether he is simply acquiring comparable clothing or whether this is the first step towards him stepping back into his previous persona.
If it does occur, or even just get rolling, next week, it would be Triple H‘s newest action in regard to the folks he worked with in NXT.
Possibly this is the latest in a history of re-signings and reinventions for wrestlers like Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Dakota Kai, Dexter Lumis, Hit Row, and most recently Johnny Gargano, who all had very successful runs in NXT.
