Released: a Comprehensive List of All WWE and NXT UK Athletes: On August 18, 2002, as part of WWE’s revamping of its plans for the NXT brand in Europe, the corporation dropped several WWE NXT UK Superstars.
Former NXT UK Tag Team Champions Mark Andrews and Morgan Webster, as well as Ashton Smith, Dave Mastiff, and Trent Seven, are among the famous names to be let go.
This is the largest number of WWE wrestlers to be released in a single day in 2022. The primary reason is that WWE has stated that the NXT UK brand will be discontinued and instead will be replaced by NXT Europe in the year 2023.
WWE also promoted the upcoming NXT Worlds Collide event, which will pit NXT 2.0 stars against NXT UK wrestlers on September 30 at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, the “home” of NXT.

This included the return of Dakota Kai to the Raw brand, the return of Dexter Lumis to Raw, and the release of Malcolm Lives and Harland to AEW.
