Teyonah Parris and James Parris recently welcomed a daughter into their family. Teyonah shared the good news on Instagram with a video documenting her pregnancy and labor. She began the lengthy caption that was attached to it by writing:
“What a friggin whirlwind. I have so much to say, but I’m too sleep deprived and delirious to really articulate it all how I want to, but what I will say is- God bless all yall parents out there.”
She claimed she had no experience being a parent and required a community and God. Together with the gifts, she also conveyed her thanks for the first time she held the baby and the assistance she received while traveling.
She continued on her instagram post: “Thank you to our amazing midwife @midwifeangelina who ushered our baby girl Earth side!! We started our pregnancy journey intending a hospital birth, but that shifted late in the game for us and I’m so glad it did!”
According to Teyonah Parris, her entire family was at home throughout the trip. She even praised her mother, who cared for her for several weeks and expressed happiness that she was cared for even at such a young age. She claimed that her mother prepared meals for her and was always at home so that everyone could get a good night’s sleep.
She thanked her Instagram fans for their support and enthusiasm throughout her pregnancy. James has been caring for both, Parris reaffirmed, and her kid is OK:
“Hoping to share more as we go along, but judging how its taken me a month to get this post up who knows!! Love yall and thank you!!”

Teyonah Parris Husband and Her Journey to Pregnancy
James Parris is Teyonah Parris’ husband. However, he has chosen to live a somewhat low-key existence. The specifics of his private life, current occupation, prior careers, and educational background are unclear.
Teyonah withheld any information on the date of her marriage to James. When Teyonah announced that she was expecting her first child in September of last year, their connection burst into the public eye. In an interview with People, Teyonah claimed she learned of her pregnancy via the Clearblue Digital Prenatal Test.
Teyonah stated that she was taken aback when she learned she would become a mother. She said that she constructed a present box where she placed the pregnancy test and some “first-time dad goods” and that she had arranged a lovely surprise for her husband to break the news to her. Added her:

“When he opened it and saw the test, and it was very clearly written, it said ‘pregnant.’ And he just started screaming, he was just very emotional and excited and we were crying and just really, really happy.”
Teyonah claimed that she and James had also prepared a surprise for their relatives, albeit it took some time for them to realize what it was:
“There are these fake scratch-off cards we did. Those were the worst and the best because people were so confused. They were just so very much trying to win some money, that clearly says we’re having a baby, and they just skipped right over that.”
Teyonah Parris has had appearances in several movies and TV shows, but she is best recognized for playing Monica Rambeau in WandaVision. The Marvels, the Captain Marvel prequel, is slated for release on November 10, 2023, and she will reprise her role in it.
