We Are Here Season 3 Release Date, Cast, Plot And Everything You Know!
We Are Here Season 3 Release Date: Drag queens Bob, Eureka, and Shangela return in Season 3 to continue presenting tiny communities with the very human side of drag. Makeover reality TV, which once dominated the airwaves in the middle of the United States, seems to have all but vanished from today’s networks and streaming services.
Are alterations in how society values personal appearance to blame? Perhaps the Kardashians have cornered the market that makeover shows would generally serve. We… don’t know. However, even though reality makeover series have been primarily eclipsed by dating and relationship shows, one notable exception is HBO’s unabashedly upbeat We’re Here.
Each episode of We’re Here has Bob the Drag Queen, Shangela, and Eureka O’Hara (all of whom have competed on RuPaul’s Drag Race) acting as fairy godmothers to three regular people from the community they are visiting.
For its third season, We’re Here likely chose Florida partly due to the state’s surprising “Don’t Say Gay” rule, which Governor Ron DeSantis signed into law this past spring. It makes perfect sense, given that Florida is home to a vibrant gay rights movement and a right-wing nightmare, as well as to the culture of Miami Beach and the magic of Disney World.
Thank you Vandal for the honest review and the great rating! 🙌
Many improvements have been made over the past few months and we hope that those of you who still need to play, will have an amazing co-op experience in #WeWereHereForever! ✨#MetaCritic | #Review | #IndieGame pic.twitter.com/zvfMmNR8e9

We’re Here wanted to be a part of all the action in Florida for obvious reasons. However, the craziness that began in Florida has only continued to grow. Now, some jurisdictions are looking to outlaw children from attending drag shows and drag shows in general, classifying them along with sex work and other seemingly lewd activities.
While the panic may have started in Florida, it has spread like wildfire up the coast. With so many exciting characters and plot points to explore, it’s excellent that We’re Here spent a good chunk of this season in Florida. Since Vico, Jaime, Dempsey, Mandy, Lori, and Mark have taken unique and exciting routes through life, it would have been a tragedy to have them all reduced to mere footnotes in a 60-minute one-off.
Consider Mark, who still longs for his longtime companion of 30 years or more, Vernon. He led a complete life, including an epic romance with a guy his family never entirely accepted as his companion. His mother, 88 years old and highly devout, has a prayer room in the house, but he is convinced that she doesn’t appreciate him for who he is.
In response to Bob’s probing about her opinion of Mark’s life, she says, “Whatever he wants, I guess,” which is not the case. Later, Bob explains to the camera that Mark’s secretive behavior results from Bob’s “casual withholding.” The fear of losing his mother prevents him from coming out and living his truth.
I’m hoping that by participating in We’re Here. Mark would recognize how much he values his mother’s and others’ approval. For screaming out loud, he just got married and has no idea if he informed anyone. In whatever form it may take, I pray that he will be able to see the light and live his life there from now on.
I believe he is aware that he must, as he explains to the camera, “you can’t keep lying and still be happy.” He has experienced happiness thanks to his relationship with Vernon.
We Are Here Season 3 Release Date
We’re Here Season 3 premieres on HBO on November 25, 2022, at 10 p.m. ET; new episodes air weekly; soon, We’re Here Season 3 will be available on HBO Max. The show’s approach to filming dangerous landscapes in the country evolved alongside the evolving dangers they depicted.
Warren says that while he can’t reveal all of the adjustments made in season 3, the format will shift to “account for and record what’s occurring” across the country. Central Florida could not have been a better place to begin recovery.
According to Warren, filming began in the “ground zero for hate that’s fostered in the country” and then moved to St. George, Utah, Granbury, Texas, Jackson, Mississippi, and Sussex County, New Jersey; the episodes will air in some combination of these locations; the exact order is still to be determined.
The queens travel around Florida, passing via Kissimmee on their way to Orlando, where a shooter killed 49 people at Pulse, an LGBTQ nightclub, in June of 2016.

We have a Pulse victim among our drag kids,” Warren added. The story is connected to others about the controversial “Don’t Say Gay” statute in the state. His transformation shocked me. Several of his friends had died during the night. For him, finishing this program and getting his life back on track was a watershed moment.
He is incredible. This show has such a broad appeal that it may be fun to watch, no matter who you are. Two seasons, each with seven episodes, make up the show’s fourteen. The average runtime of an attack is 50 hours.
IMDb users gave it an average rating of 8.1 out of 10. It first aired on HBO on April 23, 2020, and has been running since. Assimilation of nonconformity into mainstream society is a topic that could be explored in “We’re here,” which has the potential to be a magnificent, thought-provoking, and instructional account of this process.
