Actor Will Arnett has developed a brand new plan to sell his custom-built Beverly Hills house.
The actor put his popular architecture again in the market with a value drop to $8 million, he furnished the prefab house last year and built it in 2017, for nearly $11 million.
The house consists of customized touches, like a glass staircase and visitor wing. The stylish, glass-and-steel-frame marvel, featured in Dwell magazine and got an Architectural Award from the L.A. Business Council in 2018.
Defined in Dwell it has a “prefab-hybrid” house with 4,000-square-foot, gated, and personal home crosses two stories, and a number of patios, and lush outdoor space. The format has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bogs.
The elegant interiors, enter right in the hall with the glass staircase, which results in a double-height home space with floor-to-ceiling home windows. The open kitchen, which has built-in seats, adjoins the eating space.
Set on three-quarters of an acre in Beverly Hills Post Office, the lavish outside space options an infinity-edge pool, chilly plunge, sauna, and outside fire. The gated property features a driveway and two-car storage.
