Hollow Knight: Silksong Gameplay
Nintendo unveiled the most extended gameplay trailer during their Treehouse portion of the E3 2019 reveal event. With just under 20 minutes of gameplay and information about Hollow Knight: Silksong, the video provides lots of gameplay (including a peek at the Moss Grotto area that was playable at EGX 2019).
To start, here is a summary for series newcomers. The 2D action platformers Hollow Knight and Silksong are exceedingly tricky and draw inspiration from the Souls series by FromSoftware. A network of interconnected zones with powerful bosses and hidden goodies is presented on the Metroidvania-style map.

Will Hollow Knight: Silksong Be on Xbox Game Pass?
At launch, Xbox Game Pass will provide Hollow Knight: Silksong for PC and Xbox Series platforms. This information was made public in June 2022 during the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase. For those who haven’t started the series yet, Game Pass now offers Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition.
The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 release known as the Voidheart Edition included all of the original game’s upgrades, including the four free content expansions, in one convenient bundle. The main plot will take around 30 hours to finish, so starting now is advised if you want to be prepared for Silksong when it launches.
Hollow Knight: Silksong Trailer

Hornet, a new playable character, appears to come free of some silk ties after a brief scene of her shaking. Then, numerous gameplay snippets of Hornet running throughout the new kingdom of Pharloom are shown.
