Currently, Dr. Steven Fallek, a country music icon, has obviously undergone some nips and tucks. “Her skin looks better,” remarks the plastic surgeon from New Jersey, who has not handled Carrie’s condition. “She’s probably had some laser or microderm-abrasion to improve her skin texture.” Not only that, but “ILateral cheeks also look more pronounced, so I’d say some filler there too.” (And, judging from her unmoving eyebrows, it’s easy to assume she’s had a little Botox in her forehead.)

Being in show business comes with all of this, particularly now that the mother and two (along with her husband, Mike Fisher) are approaching 40. As long as possible, “she wants to maintain her youthful appearance,” An insider exclusively says. “Carrie’s aware that looks are everything in this industry.” According to the source, she has been covertly receiving maintenance assistance. “Just a little lip plumping and smoothing away of lines, but she’d rather not admit it given her wholesome image.”

In an emotional message to her fan club on Sunday, Carrie Underwood revealed that she was “not quite looking the same” following a terrifying fall in November. However, when spending time with her just one month later, at least one fan was unaware that the country music icon had sustained such serious injuries.
