The nude guy accused of a series of assaults and attempted kidnappings of women and girls along the well-known Washington and Old Dominion (W&OD) Trail during the past few weeks has been apprehended by Virginia authorities.
According to a press release from the Fairfax County Police Department that was released on Saturday, Juan Alfaro Rodriguez, 42, of Herndon, Virginia, was detained on Thursday as a result of warrants from another state. Alfaro Rodriguez was charged with three charges of indecent exposure following an investigation by the department’s Major Crimes, Cyber and Forensics Bureau, and the Herndon Police Department.
