Reports Have Not Confirmed That Julian Sands Has Been Found Alive

Fans have been speculating that Julian Sands, who allegedly vanished more than a month ago, has been “found alive” since a few false reports started circulating online. Nick Sands, the brother of the missing British actor, voiced concern that his brother may not be alive days after the authorities failed to locate him despite continued searches.

Famous radio broadcaster Jeffrey Vandergrift, often known as JV, was last seen at his home on Thursday, February 23, and was reported missing two days later. Since January 13, when he was last seen trekking in the Baldy Bowl hiking region, roughly 50 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Julian has purportedly vanished.

According to an unsubstantiated YouTube video, he has been “discovered alive” and is not dead. The missing actor’s status updates are listed below.

Unverified Video Claims Julian Sands Has Been Found Alive

Five days ago, a video was uploaded to YouTube claiming stated the “lost Julian Sands” had been “discovered alive.” It is said in the video that he is still missing, nevertheless. In addition, the police department and Julian’s family have not confirmed the reports that Julian has been located.

The misleading title has resulted in fans wondering if the actor has been found alive, but the last update provided by Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department on February 18 notes that:

“Unfortunately, nothing was found that would lead to the discovery of Mr. Sands.”

The weather forecast to reach the region in Mt. Baldy, where the actor went missing, caused the police to announce over a week ago that the ground search for the missing person would be postponed.

He Was Reported Missing While Hiking

Julian, who has appeared in movies like A Room with a View and the horror thriller Warlock, was last seen allegedly climbing in California’s San Gabriel Mountains. According to reports, his car was located nearby, and cellular pings showed he was going to the Baldy Bowl hiking area.

No other contact with him was established “due to the lack of cell service or cell phone power failure.” Julian has two children with his wife Evgenia Citkowitz. They are married.

Actor’s Brother Fears Sibling May Not Be Found

The actor’s friends and admirers are pleading for his safe rescue, and his brother Nick, a financial adviser, is concerned he might not be recovered. During an interview, Nick shared:

“He has not yet been declared missing, presumed dead, but I know in my heart that he has gone. However, sibling rivalry being what it is, it would be just like him to walk out of there and prove me wrong.”

Numerous rescue missions have occurred over the past few weeks, and authorities are still looking for Julian’s family. The actor’s family thanked the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department for their valiant efforts in the hunt for Julian. They said:
