DeChambeau is known for his scientific approach to golf, earning him the nickname “The Scientist.” His clubs are custom-made, with all his irons being the same length and having thicker grips than usual. In 2020, he set the PGA Tour record for the longest drive.

DeChambeau is known for speaking his mind in professional golf, but he keeps his love life private. After he and Schneider were seen together at LIV Chicago, DeChambeau’s ex-girlfriend, Hunter Nugent, told reporters that Schneider was his new girlfriend.
Schneider is studying marketing and will graduate from Marian University in 2025. During the 2022-23 season, she played in three golf events and won the NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete award in 2023.
Schneider shared on Instagram that she was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and had surgery to remove one of her ribs. She is now recovering and regularly posts golf updates on her social media.
