AEW Seems To Have Made A Big Mistake Before The Title Match On Dynamite!
AEW Seems To Have Made A Big Mistake Before The Title Match On Dynamite: During Dynamite, AEW looked to make a small error before Wardlow’s TNT Open Challenge. Since removing Scorpio Sky as the TNT Champion in July, Wardlow has made it a priority to keep the title in his possession.
He has found that using an open challenge is the best approach to accomplish this. Fans have previously witnessed celebrities like Ryan Nemeth, Tony Nese, and Orange Cassidy perish at the hands of the Powerbomb Symphony. You may also check WWE Star Paige, Aka Saraya.
The roles were switched this week, with Ari Daivari entering the ring to challenge Wardlow. The former, though, seemed more intent on acquiring the championship than winning it. It appeared to be an error on the side of AEW.
It was anticipated that the winner would hold the challenge after implying that the contest was an open challenge. Wardlow arrived at the ring as expected, unfazed by the call. He quickly dispatched Daivari with a pinfall and Powerbomb Symphony.
The game was over in about two minutes. Wardlow appeared prepared for a confrontation with Powerhouse Hobbs following the match. Samoa Joe, his tag team partner and the ROH TV Champion, suddenly betrayed him, though.

With AEW Full Gear right around the corner, it would appear that the heel turn could lead to a three-way match for the TNT Title.
