According to police, his body was taken from the East River on June 24. Amofah drowned, and the method of death was suicide, according to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner’s findings, which were made two days later.

According to police sources, a phone and rucksack thought to be his were discovered on the Manhattan Bridge on June 23.

He disappeared after his admirers became concerned after he uploaded a video to his channel in which he seemed to be discussing suicide. Since then, the video has been removed.

Amofah was a video game vlogger on YouTube with over 130,000 subscribers.
