Glen Powell Dating: Is Sydney Sweeney Dating Glen Powell?

Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney are having a great time in Australia.

Sweeney, 25, and Powell, the star of the upcoming romance comedy Top Gun: Maverick, were spotted out and about in Sydney on Monday, according to a series of pictures she posted on Instagram.

“🚎 sometimes things are more fun in the rain :),” the Euphoria actress captioned a picture she posted on Instagram of the group on a sightseeing tour that included stops at the Sydney Opera House and other famous sites.

According to the film’s IMDb page, Sweeney and Powell posed alongside actors Darren Barnet and Dermot Mulroney, who will also be seen in the unnamed Sony Pictures rom-com.

Don’t want this to stop! Sweeney said on Barnet’s Instagram post from the same vacation over the weekend while Mulroney, 59, posted a photo of the entire group enjoying dinner on his Instagram Stories.

The performers individually verified word of their casting with Instagram postings in January, and have now been filming the Will Gluck-directed project for at least a month.

According to images posted by PageSix, the couple was seen filming sequences for the unnamed project on a sailboat in the city’s harbor at the beginning of March.

Powell also posted pictures of himself and Sweeney visiting the Taronga Zoo outside of Sydney on Instagram on March 27.

Off-screen, the Top Gun actress has been dating Jehane-Marie “Gigi” Paris, a model-turned-designer, since the beginning of 2020. In March 2022, PEOPLE revealed that Sweeney and Jonathan Davino were engaged.

In a February 2022 interview with Cosmopolitan, the actress stated that she prefers to keep her personal relationships secret and said: “I don’t date people in the spotlight.”

“I don’t date actors or musicians or anyone in entertainment because I can just be normal Syd that way and it’s easiest,” she said. “I have a great support system.”
