Gill Williams, 31

Treat William’s first child, Gill was born in December 1992, and during his early years, he accompanied him to numerous Hollywood events.

With his parents, Gill attended red-carpet events and movie premieres and showed early signs of being at ease in the spotlight.

In 2019, he made his most recent performance at the Metrograph Theatre in New York City for a screening of Hair marking its 40th anniversary.

Ellie Williams, Treat’s youngest child, was born in September 1998. Like her older brother, Ellie grew up around movie and television sets.

On the set of the Chicago Fire, the actor tweeted a photo of his daughter in 2015. “My daughter Ellie was on set all day. You think she would be bored,” he wrote.

Ellie relocated to Los Angeles after graduating from The University of Vermont, where she occasionally lived with her father.

Recently, Ellie published a picture of Treat and her visiting Universal Studios. In the Instagram post’s caption, she wrote, “Daddio and I went to the Wizarding World.”

Just a week before passing away, Treat uploaded a photo of his daughter to Instagram along with the message, “I miss you daughter.”

Ellie said, “Thanks Dad I love you.”
