The renewal of Goblin Slayer for a second season has been announced, although questions remain about the show’s schedule and plot. The anime is based on a series of light novels by the same name written by Kumo Kagyu and Noboru Kannatsuki.

In Japan, the series has now had 15 volumes released, with the publication of volume 16 scheduled for July 14, 2022. Therefore, it is likely that Yuichiro Umehara will play the role of Goblin Slayer, Yui Ogura will play the role of Priestess, Nao Tôyama will play the role of High Elf Archer, Yûichi Nakamura will play the role of Dwarf Shaman, Tomokazu Sugita will play the role of Lizard Priest in season 2 of Goblin Slayer.
