The renowned former American football quarterback Dan Fouts has no relation to Montana Fouts. They share a surname yet are unrelated individuals.

Dan Fouts is a former Hall of Fame quarterback for American football who gained notoriety in what many views as the NFL’s golden age in the 1970s and 1980s.

Moreover, Dan’s tenure with the San Diego Chargers, which lasted fifteen years from 1973 to 1987, is regarded as one of the most successful professional quarterbacks in history.
