Robert Roode, A WWE Star, Reportedly Has A Medical Procedure!

Robert Roode, a “WWE Raw” star, looks to have undergone treatment during a recent trip to Birmingham, Alabama. While Dolph Ziggler, Roode’s tag team partner, has appeared on “Raw” since rejoining the brand after a brief stint on “NXT,” Roode hasn’t appeared in any WWE programming since June.

It appears that Roode’s absence may have medical causes. Roode said on Instagram that he is optimistic following consultations with medical professionals from Southlake Orthopaedics and Andrews Sports Medicine. After what is hoped to be a fruitful trip to Birmingham, Alabama, I’m heading home,” Roode wrote. Big thanks to Southlake Orthopaedics and Andrews Sports Medicine, especially the world-class medical team of Drs. Micheal Ellerbusch, Andrew Cordover, and Charles Carnel, for their excellent care of me this week.

Roode didn’t give a reason for coming, just that he did. He did post a photo of himself wearing a hospital robe and sporting two little bandages on the side of his neck. Since 2016, Roode has been a member of the WWE roster.

On the “NXT” brand, he was promoted to leading event status and even won the championship. Even though his success as a headliner didn’t carry over to the main roster, he still had some success. Roode has held the titles of the “SmackDown” Tag Team Champion, the “Raw” Tag Team Champion thrice, and the United States Champion.

Roode spent more than ten years with Impact Wrestling before joining WWE, where he twice won the Impact World Championship. Roode and James Storm had a successful tag team run before Roode rose to prominence as a company singles star. They collectively held the Impact World Tag Team Championship five times under the name Beer Money.
