Fenchurch Law announces the appointment of 3 three new executives

Earlier today, Thursday, November 8th, in a triple hire Fenchurch Law announced that it has roped up executives from DWF, Clyde & Co and Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) for its coverage dispute team.

As per reports, with the introduction of senior associates Daniel Robin and James Breese, The City law firm, which works exclusively for brokers and policyholders on complex insurance disputes, now has a bigger roster.

Laying more emphasis on property and energy risks, Steer introduces an extensive experience in representing reinsurers, insurers and policyholders in high-value cases to the role. Also, as per reports, In her latest job role, she was seconded by HFW to Marsh where she was assigned with the task of handling complex coverage disputes for policyholders.

As per reports, in his previous job roles, Breese worked with Medical Defence Union mutual, and was the voice for insurers too, at Clyde & Co. Robin has worked for the London insurance market as a panel solicitor for insurers, as an insurance claims handler and as an insurance broker.

Speaking on the announcement, David Pryce, a managing partner at Fenchurch Law said, “We are continuing to invest in the growth of what is already the UK’s largest team of policyholder-focused insurance disputes solicitors.”
