The event was held in Washington D.C. at The Watergate Hotel. Leaders from the philanthropic and Internet communities experienced the live announcement of the 2019 winners.
Actor, philanthropist and children’s book author Taye Diggs also joined in on the fun. He was named the 2019 .ORG Impact Awards Honoree. His dedication to the greater social good via charitable and community involvement earned him the award.
Alicia Weston, founder of Bags of Taste (UK) walked away with the Innovator Award.
Diane Diamantis got the Rising Star Award. Zehra Abbas bagged the Outstanding Volunteer.
