Norton Rose Fulbright adds lawyers to its real estate finance team in Los Angeles

As announced by Norton Rose Fulbright that three real estate lawyers and David Barksdale, have joined its Los Angeles office. Mr. Barksdale will lead them. Senior counsel Kevin Garland and associate Joseph Bini accompany Barksdale in the move from Loeb & Loeb.

Barksdale has been representing lenders and borrowers in transactions. Further, in leasing, dispositions, involving real estate assets. He has an experience of more than 30 years in real estate finance and investment.

He will be the 10th lateral partner to join the firm. Also, will be advising on special services, lenders, and investors in the workout and restructuring of real estate financing.
